Our 360-degree review provides feedback on the strength of leaders’ skills, and on specific areas that can hinder professional development. With this feedback, leaders then target one or more areas they want to develop further and to bridge gaps. Our 360s are conducted in interview style so that we can dive deeper into sections that could be most helpful for the leader we work with.
